Making Colour Come Alive
In this workshop, students will learn to leave their artistic comfort zone, let go of preconceived notions of what is “good,” and explore feelings through music, movement and visual art.

Cost
$20/student plus HST
Primary (K-3)
Students will focus on the colour wheel, primary/secondary colours, colour mixing and experimentation.
Junior (4-6)
Students will review primary, secondary and tertiary colours; how elements of design affect our daily lives (e.g. – texture, space, form, value)
Intermediate (7-8)
Students will quickly review the JK-6 material; discussion and focus relating to technology, social media and points of view/perspective.
Value Added
In addition to lessons and the creative product, Janet will offer face painting (eye design/cheek art) for each student over the course of the workshop;
